Good Mood is the Best Mode- 3 Things to Do When You Feel Low…

Hi All,

It’s been so long since my work kept me away from sharing my thoughts here. Finally I am here one more time…

Well, I often write about feeling good, staying motivated, energetic, keep fighting and much more.. But sometimes we don’t get a good start of the day for some reasons. May be you are afraid of a busy day , may be you dint get a good sleep last night, may be you thought a lot about something that you can’t control or the most common reasons – Missing someone and Flashbacks!!

 

Some times we loose that positive momentum during hard first few hours of the day and in the second half we feel tired, low, lost, somewhat sad or uninspired.

What to do then? Is that day lost and should you just aim for a better day tomorrow?

Well, the good news is-  Today is not over yet!!

Here’s how I do that by breaking the negative mood and getting a new start.

1. Appreciate what you have-

The simplest of my most commonly used pick-me-ups.

I tell myself: OK, I might not feel so good right now, but what can I be grateful for and appreciate in my life?

I usually come up with simple things like-

  • My Health.
  • My Victory over some past issues.
  • My Professional Achievements.
  • My New Books That I Recently Bought to Read.
  • The Biggest- While Closing My Eyes and Thinking of All the Happening , Somewhere deep down inside I always find a silver line of my undying hope that everything is going to be fine. I am leading to a blissful life 🙂 . Trust me , this thought is enough for me to be charged up again to face anything in life. Because I know at the end I’ll be the winner and so you are… Have faith , YOU ARE A WINNER!!

 

2. Act as you would like to feel.

Emotions work backwards too. So if I want to become more positive or enthusiastic then I act in the manner of a person who is positive or enthusiastic.

I might not feel like it. But I do it as best as I can anyway. I may for example:

  • Think of the task I have in front of me as something exciting and fun.
  • Answer some emails or talk to someone in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
  • Assume rapport if I feel unmotivated, negative or nervous before some kind of meeting (assuming rapport is to I think to myself that I am meeting one of my best friends just before the meeting and that puts me in the right mood and headspace).

3. Think for a minute and give someone a genuine compliment.

Spend one minute coming up with something you really and genuinely appreciate about someone in your life that is in the same room as you at some point during the day. Then tell him or her the genuine compliment you have come up with.

Everyday is a blessing in itself. We just need that outlook towards life that can tend us to notice the good in everything.

My 8 Commitments to Myself..

“Commitment”- This 10 letters word is loaded with a lot of responsibilities, realization of facts, hopes of future, Assurance, A Series of Positive Trials to Make Something Happen and much more is hidden in this word. Whenever we feel the urge of bonding ourselves in the pursuit of doing something then we give the commitment. Commitment is a kind of positive force. I have given many commitments to people and tried my best to act accordingly in most of the cases. Sometimes we have to sacrifice a lot in order to live up to our commitments. This time I decided to use this force in my favour, Here are few commitments that we should made to our own selves –

A person is a layered entity.  Sometimes we make changes in ourselves to please the people around and as per the time. There is a huge difference between “being true” and “correcting ourselves while being wrong” . There is nothing wrong in adopting the change until we don’t loose our real self. Be Real to Your Yourself. Do What Gives You a Reason to Smile and Be Proud of!

2-Stand for Your Own Set of Rules – Every one of us have our own set of ethics, principles and moral codes. Live true to them every day. Time always comes with 2 options for Everyone, 1- Act Ethical 2- Act Unethical. Initially we notice no harm in adopting the easy Way 2 ,but Way 1 is way better than Way 2. Act as per the ethics, Morals & Humanity. Life will never give you a chance to feel guilty.

I decided to devote a fine day to make my handbook comprises of my Values, My Professional Goals, My Monetary Goals ( Short Term and Long Term) , Personal Goals, The Things to Do That Make Me Happy, Travel Goals, Personal Strengths, The Loopholes to Work Upon , The Habits to Quit. We get a path to act when we write down my plans. The handbook is a road map to build on a strategy to achieve.

The attached strings bring us down many times in life. Don’t fixate yourself with a status, fame , possession etc.Same goes with the people too, Don’t be too much attached to anyone because it forces us to do a lot of the unwanted things followed with the fear of loosing, depression and much more. Create bonding but stay practical in your approach. These are impermanent and will ultimately disappear one day when you die. Focus on growing and living life to the fullest instead.

5-Do a Kind Deed a Day- What is something you can do today that will make the world a better place? Go and do it.

6-Don’t Settle I am in full plan for not to settle for less. Don’t settle for someone you don’t like as your partner. Don’t settle for a job you don’t like. Don’t settle for friends who make you feel like a lesser person. Don’t settle for a weight you are unhappy with. Go for what you really want.

7-Live Life & Love Life- untitled

Many times in life we give so much of value to others and somehow we forget to live our life. Life is truly good. I always find living to be a fascinating experience.. There’s so much we don’t know out there about this world, so much is there to be experienced in life.it’s just wonderful. We have a life that millions of people dream of, then why not to enjoy it.

8-Make a Source of Alternate Income- Money is not everything in life, but it has a significant role to play in the life of each one of us. Don’t be dependent on Salary and Fixed Deposits. Use your expertise to generate a source of continuous alternate income. Create a business, that can keep running even if you are not physically present there all the time to monitor.

As I always mention, Never do wrong with anybody and enjoy this blissful life at the fullest. Don’t do wrong because in some way or other What Goes Around, Comes Around!!

You Fail Only When You Decide Not to Try- The Sky of Limitless Possibilities.

Hi!!  If you ask someone-“Do you want to fail?” “Do you want to make a mistake?  – What will be the answer of that person- I am sure it will be” Nobody wants to be failed in life” . Right? But despite making all the right, “in place” decisions , sometimes a person feels confused and out of track. That “Something is missing” feeling soaks all the energy and a person feels like giving up. There are times when things just don’t go your way and sometimes it happens to that extent when a person finally gives up and think that this was not his cup of tea. I read somewhere that –”Sometimes you have to fail thousand times before succeeding”. I firmly believe in this. Don’t be so quick to throw all your efforts away. Life has a lot to teach us and offer us in various forms.  It’s just the beginning and you will learn more as you go. My little experiences taught me that sometimes we have to review our recent activities in order to succeed without blaming others.

Delay in success doesn’t mean the failure. My motive is not to tell you an out of the world story here, but just to repeat those few points that we might have overlooked. Success is a process of continuing efforts, here adding some thought to “Never Quit Approach” and clear the dust –

  1. Change comes When You Take the Charge of Your Deeds-

Whenever anything doesn’t do right , we look for the causes of the same. But mostly we end up with a handful of people to blame for all the things that went wrong in the process and hindered our way of success. Review is good but blaming others will never give you a chance to notice your short comings and eventually you will end up making no   development. The moment you claim personal responsibility over your life, you will learn the importance of steering your own ship. You will start to make decisions for yourself, and end up feeling less hateful and happier for the people around you.

2- Relationships are the Game Changers-

Relationships teach us a lot and have enough power to change a person completely. Nourishing relationships fuel your motivation to succeed and staying in toxic relationships are sure fire ways to fill your heart with negativity.  It is a widely accepted fact that we function well when we connect, collaborate, and share ourselves to other people. If we take a look at the other side of it- There are many people who succeeded in their life after suffering or learning from a terrible relationship. AT the same time there are people who succeeded when someone from their close family made them realize their responsibilities.  Choose your people wisely, It can either help you rise into your life or can break you suffer to the irrecoverable point.

  1. Life is a Learning School-

Learning doesn’t end at school, it doesn’t end at your college. Humans learn everyday throughout their lives. Learning shouldn’t ever be confined within the walls of a classroom. When we start noticing the learning around us, we notice that we know very less, this world has an ocean of wisdom . We enrich our experiences when we keep learning from the people and the happenings  around us. Failures also teach us something , may be another thing to be added into “Not to Do” list when we would try next time!!

  1. Big Achievers only Get though Big Troubles-

You will not be in any trouble if you don’t wish to grow and stay satisfied with your on going routine life, there will be no hassle if you don’t wish to rise in your life. There will be no need of getting out of your comfort zone, if you don’t wish to reach to new horizon. There will be no loss if you don’t wish to make profit and keep stuff safe inside the wall. Yes, life will not show up anything different if you are not willing. But will it be a meaningful life then?? I believe it will not. I hope you got my point- There is no gain without pain. We have to stretch our limits in order to get something that others don’t have.

  1. Money  is Not the Synonym of “Success”-

I am among those who never underestimate the value of money in life. It matters, even all the knowledge of the world doesn’t make any sense if you can’t earn your livelihood.  But money should not the only parameter to measure success. There comes a time in life, when a person feels like starting something for his self satisfaction  and mostly that satisfaction comes when we start something without considering the margin of monetary profit for ourselves. Earn enough to have good life but don’t forget that success, happiness, peace & health etc. don’t have so much to do with money. A common misconception in today’s capitalistic society, this view is shared by people who place great importance on wealth and material stuff.  You will realize that there are other forms of success too. Success isn’t based on your salary and job title, even success  includes your health, emotional well being and your relationships. These forms of success are the best source of long term happiness. Focus on making a balance life for yourself.

 

  1. Negative Experiences Are The Award Winning Teachers-

If your life goal is to avoid pain and suffering all the time – then you’ve already set the limit for your own growth. The point of negative experiences is to teach us the value of happy moments. To make us learn from our mistakes. Negative experiences are our best teachers. They help us grow into adults capable of fixing our own lives.

Your journey to success starts from the moment you change your limiting views about yourself.   There is so much you can do. You are more than just dust in the wind. You are here to mark your existence, to touch other people’s lives – you just need to find out how. Keep learning  and keep moving, because the delay in success doesn’t make you unsuccessful. Lean, Move, Be Patient and Give Time to Time.

The Unanswered Questions…

There is a saying “What we seek is seeking us”. I am among those who firmly believe in such statements. But there are many people among us who struggle a lot due to their own thoughts, They keep on fighting a war inside their own mind. Despite seeking the answers of few questions, they left unanswered. There are many such questions which remain unanswered for a long time.We try to move forward with passing days but somewhere deep inside us those questions keep punching us. Their punches become so hard at times that we feel an extremely painful restlessness and crave to get the answers anyhow. As there is nobody in the outer world to answer so we return with disappointment and it adds more burden over our hearts and next time these punches become even harder.

Do we ever try to know why we have to become a victim of such situations? Who punches exactly on our souls?? These are our own heavy chains of expectations from people and relationships which keep on haunting us. We become the prisoner of our self-created cell. “We are the most responsible person for our happiness”- Widely heard Statement, Right? So isn’t it our responsibility to free ourselves from the chains of the past and from those expectations that will never be met by the people. Who cares for us, will never leave us in such situations, and who doesn’t care should not have a grip on our souls to punch us.

So what has to be done to be free from these chains which are bounded and wounded our souls.

Sharing few widely said practices to remove this burden-

1-   Let all the questions flow into your mind, let them come, Feel them then eliminate the ones that are not going to affect your future in any positive way. It’s not a tough task, We mainly worry about such hypothetical situations that may never occur in our lives. To free ourselves we need to identify such thoughts and start leaving them away.

2- Ask Yourself – Do you have those willing people around who can answer you? If not then better not to keep thinking about it because our own thoughts will only add more to these questions without giving any answer, practice the 1st point mentioned above and set yourself free.

3- Forgive Other to the Most Possible Limit– There are certain events which a person can’t forget and my little experience says that our characters are made of such unforgettable events only because we learn the most out of such events.. And mostly we fail to forgive the person who caused that event. Any loss is not big enough to spoil your life, God always compensates us so well for all the losses. So try to forgive people who have not been good to you. It will not help them but you, the less you curse, the less you think and lesser your soul will be burdened.

4- Focus on Making a Great Today- We all have inherent potentials that can lead us to great accomplishments. A bitter past has nothing to do with our present. Make peace with your past and focus on present. This peace will eventually come when you will decide to set yourself free from the chains of past. It’s always in our hands to discover our talents and use your potential in the right direction. We need to divert our thoughts from painful past to promising present. Do all that can raise your mark in both your personal and professional life. Time is the best doctor and best judge, leave few things on the universe. Everyone gets the return of his deeds.

5- There is an old saying– “ Everything happens for a reason”. Our questions start decreasing when we truly accept this fact. We can’t see those reasons at the first place but sooner or later we get to know the reason of everything. If you feel that you were treated bad , then be assured God already has planned to compensate it by rewarding you with something extremely good and the one who treated you bad will pay for it someday.

Among many other ways, This is my way to deal with unanswered questions. We have heard it many times but don’t implement. Set yourself free from the chains of those questions, Life has much more to offer us , we only need the eyes to see the good things happening around. Have faith, Almighty is the most honest judge. Focus on your present , Rest all will be taken care by the justice of nature!!

 

The Voice of Silence…

Every one has a lot to talk about, all have a lot to explain, our ears are bombarded with variety of sounds , our vision is always over crowded. Sometimes we find it actually back-breaking to avoid the unnecessary announcements . Few days back I read somewhere-We offer “The Peace of Silence” and I suddenly realized that now Silence has become a Unique Sell Property for many products. I saw an ad in a magazine which was not loaded with too many words still it conveyed all what it was meant for. It indicates that Words are not the only form to convey the messages.   

 

We search for silence most of the times but many of us still feel that Silence is a form of Inactivity. We are not working if we are not loud. People need to notice that the great writers reside at silent places to write their master piece! The uttermost stage of Meditation is also Silence. Because silence has an energy like no other energy source. It has the power to make people think and act, it can help to slow the mind down and produce more creative thinking. Silence brings peace and it is the foundation of being focused towards any of our goals.

We understand the power of silence and look for it in the outer world but do we ever try to create this silence in our own inner-selves? I am sure we don’t. Silence has its own sound, Create inner silence to hear the call of your inner self. Sometimes we deliver our best when we listen to our inner voice which has lost in the noise of the world.

Here I am sharing some practices to create Inner Silence-

Silence of “Speech”-

We hate to be proven wrong, so we try to validate our points by our extended speeches.We create noise when we speak without need and then we attract noise. Try to speak when it’s necessary. Learn to avoid negative speech, Stop giving hurtful, immortal expressions and later on practice complete Silence of Speech for sometime as per your convenience.

Silence of “Thoughts”

Our mind creates a lot of noise, sometimes the intensity of this inner noise becomes higher than the intensity of outer noise and it creates anxiety , agitation, anger and depression also. People don’t realize it but we keep on fighting with this noise of our own thoughts. Try to leave some thoughts behind to create the silence. Start with negative ones. Leave the thoughts of Past, Anxiety, Fear, Failure and the ones that are troubling you for no reason. Filter good thoughts only to stay in your mind.

Silence of “Ego”-

Ego has it’s own vocabulary. It creates a lot of internal and external noise. As I mentioned above that We hate to be proven wrong , yes this is a form of ego only and this ego creates the urge of explaining , we belittle others because of this ego only and it creates noise again. We should learn to accept others’ disagreement also if we are not right, it can solve many of the issues in our professional and personal life. So when you look for silence , leave the ego behind.

If we focus on building a peaceful today then our future will eventually be peaceful. Each coming day is a part of future so focus more on utilizing each day in the best possible manner and deliver your best in every aspect. Plan for near future but not for ages because time brings a lot of reasons to change the pre-formulated strategies so try not to create a mental noise by thinking so much about unseen future. Sometimes its good to feel the thrill of encountering something unplanned! 

Though silence is being misinterpreted whenever we use it in the correlation of Tolerance. Here we need to apply our brain to decide where to use the power of silence and where to use the power of voice.

The Worthy Thoughts..

Hi!! Once again we are in the mid of the week. Time goes by fast! Isn’t it? People pass years and years following their “ No Where Different” routines , just dates keep on changing. Have you ever noticed that even in our busiest hour our mind keeps on thinking, the flow of thoughts don’t go slow at any point of time, we think even when we sleep. As per some studies approximately 50,000 Thoughts cross our mind per day. Isn’t it a big figure? Sometime back I wrote a post here called- Our Thoughts are creating our future.

During meditation , there is a step called “ Emptying Your Mind” , i.e. a person masters himself in such a way that he doesn’t allow random thoughts to enter into his mind , sometimes he bars all the thoughts from coming in. This state is called “Quiet State”. The next step that comes is- Filling your mind with positive thoughts. Here we need to stop!! We all should follow this practice of being selective while thinking something. Trend yourself to think positive thoughts only, Decrease the quantity of your thoughts and focus on the quality of thoughts. Think Good , Think Positive, Think of Abundance, Think of a Pleasant Life, Think of Success, Think of Peace..

Now the question arises that when a person is in deep trouble then how can he focus on being positive, when we know that something is not going to workout for us then how can we close our eyes and sight away from the most obvious result? My answer is – Yes , turn away from thinking about negative outcomes. If being positive will not change the result then Do you think that being negative and cryptic will change anything? If not, then why not to feel good by being positive. When we think positive then our mind starts generating ideas to get the desired results. Just imagine that In the flow of your positive thoughts, suddenly an idea strikes into your mind, O Yes!! it’s a good one, Why not to go for it? And imagine what if it hits the target!! You will win the situation! Right! While on the other hand negative thoughts will give you nothing but Distraction, Depression and Anxiety.

Don’t underestimate the power of your mind, let it think, allow it to generate positive ideas , No idea is small , Be Creative, Be Responsive to Your Thoughts, Spend time in thinking good. Create a mind full of Less but Good Thoughts!! Your will see the results yourself!!

Same can be applied to the Business scenario also, Quality of Work v/s Quantity of Work. We can’t ignore the second but in this competitive era where better than the best is always an available choice for our customers then why not to deliver the quality product and service. For Quantity, there are many players for mass selling. In my views, we should focus on Being Premium, Not Random. The 1st step of delivering the quality is having the skilled manpower for the same, who have the expertise in their respective areas, it’s possible that they might not have proficient knowledge of other subject matters but here we have to see that why are they hired for? To Deliver the Quality or To Deliver the Quantity? Select the one as per your need and then fill the positions! But without a question my vote goes to Quality!

5 Things That We Should Start Doing for Ourselves!

1- Watch the Sun Rise!

A Refreshing One & My Favorite also ! Try to find a day from each of your weeks to watch a sun rise. This is a scientifically proved way to revitalize your mind and it will imbue your day with new enthusiasm. I assure a smile on face when you will witness it!! 🙂 I would suggest Monday morning for this practice so that you can get a great start of the Week!

2- Take a Walk in the Nature!

We are so busy in our days that somehow we have forgotten the value of fresh air , wind, chirp of birds, sound of a waterfall etc. etc. (I will not ask you to go for a weekend gateway every week 😛 ) but find sometime to visit a nearby Grass-yard or Park atleast once in a week . When a person suffers from intense decease then doctors also recommend this so before being too late , start it from now!! This will low down your mental stress. I would recommend Saturday Evening for this Practice. Rest your choice! 🙂

3- A Meeting with Yourself!

How this idea sounds to you? We keep on meeting many people for work. Every week on an average we give our time to 40-45 people in some way. But in this rush we forget to spend the time with the one, who is the closest to us, that person is “Our Own Self” . Once in a week find some time for a close meeting with your own self. Use this time for Planning of Next Week, Personal Grooming, Read any Inspirational Book, Remember Good Times , Accompany yourself with soothing mild music and Be Quiet for sometime. Silence is a great way to re-energize the mind. Stay in silence for sometime and feel new energy. I would recommend Sunday for this Practice.

4- Start Creating a Personal Playlist of Songs!

Most of us love the music. We have a tendency to connect ourselves so easily with the lyrics of any song. Then Why don’t we use it as a personal motivator!! Trust me you will never regret for investing your time to create this playlist. Make a playlist of some good songs-Positive , Motivational, Devotional, Instrumental songs etc. Whenever you feel low just turn your music on and play your own favorites . I promise a change in mood within minutes. It can remove all your toxic negative thoughts to a big extent. I would suggest Friday late night for this job.

5- Make a Memory Journal & Write One Good Incident Every Week that You Come Across!

We have a habit of talking about all the bad things that have happened to us, we hardly talk about the great events that we encounter. I am sure every day God does something good for us, we just need to notice that. Atleast I can say this with my personal experience.Some kind words, a motivational comment from a colleague, a compliment for your dressing sense , a call from a close friend or anything that can make you feel better from inside is valuable. Can’t we appreciate it?? “We get more what we are grateful for!”- I have read it many times ! Start writing minimum one good thing per week- Be it a compliment, be it any incident. MAKE A MEMORY JOURNAL FOR YOURSELF. AT THE END OF THE YEAR YOUR WILL BE SURPRISED TO SEE THAT Minimum 57-60 GOOD THINGS HAVE BEEN HAPPENED IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU WERE BUSY IN FOCUSING ON PROBLEMS!!  TRUST ME YOU WILL RECEIVE MORE GOOD THINGS WHEN YOU WILL START APPRECIATING THE LITTLE HAPPINESS !!

Sit Back is not A Set Back!

Hi!! We are in the mid of the week now.. I believe it’s going exactly the same good as you decided!! 🙂 

It was a thought since so long but today it dragged my attention to the level that I decided to share this post with you all.. Everyday we notice lot of people running behind the things, A big noise is everywhere, Hue & Cry all around. Few are too busy in making money, few are out to earn their livings, few have miles to travel, few have a project to deliver , Few are meeting dead lines after dead lines.. Few are rushing and running an undefined race, They don’t know where they are going.. They are just running with the crowd. This “Blind Horse Race” is the case with most of us.  We keep on working day and night , take no time for ourselves.It’s breathtaking race that we witness everywhere. :0 

Now I would like to drag your attention to a fact which we keep on ignoring – Sit Back is not A Set Back. Here it goes-

I don’t deny the fact that we are social creatures and it’s a responsibility of all of us to fulfill the requirements of our family, meet the expectations of our friends and referral groups. It’s actually important to Earn Money, Get Respect , Be Employed , Get Good Grades, Be Responsible Etc. Etc. These things bring a feeling of Pride and Self Esteem. But In The Search of All These Things , please don’t leave your dreams behind. Keep on talking to yourself and finding your true desires.

We all know that In our childhood it was a race for good grades, then in young age it converts into the race for career in one of the most common streams, later it converts into the race to get a lifestyle for social status and many more other things… Uffff!! I am shocked to see that we keep on running all the time, how busy we are in impressing others?? This race can be the desired action for few of us but 90% of us are running just to follow the trend of family & society. Do we ever talk to ourselves and ask what we actually want? Are we really pursuing our dreams? Is this what we are meant for? Do we follow our hearts? I am sure there is higher probability of getting the answer as “NO” ..

Here my point comes, Just Sit Back… Relax!! Take a Break from the Race!! Breathe!! Breathe!! Take Some Air Please!! Observe People!! Think of the More that You Can Do Expect “Being a Full Time Working Machine” who works,laughs, talks, moves, wakes up, sleeps as per others’ requirement!!

 “Living the Life ” and “Being Alive” are entirely different. Live Life!!  We don’t get answers until we ask questions, so ask above mentioned questions to your soul, you will get the answer J  If you get all the happiness in this “Blind Horse Race” then Keep on Running ( Though I am sure in 99.9% cases all have desires away from their routine jobs) , But If you are not happy with your current situation. Hey Right Time will Never Come, This is the time!! Don’t Wait Till Too Late!!  Wake Up!! You have all the right to get some time for yourself from your own life!! You have all the rights to select and reject the paths, and decide what you want to pursue!! Follow your dreams!! Get all the happiness that you deserve! It doesn’t matter if you don’t go for your routine jobs for some days, it will not move the earth if you take a break!! Your career will not be spoiled if you start following your passion along side. Your home will not be turned upside down if you will start walking in fresh air or will move out for your own sake. My only point is- Just Give Time to Yourself. Relax and Think. Smile then Start Travelling Miles. Laugh Loudly Sometimes.. Music is a remedy and sounds better than the Horn of Your Car, Listen to It!

Trust Your Journey of Life!!

Hello Folks!! Hope you are enjoying the newness of this week!! Today the thought that I am going to share with you is driven by the planning of my upcoming trip. Whenever we decide to visit a new place, We follow a process-
1- Decide Where to Go.
2- The Thoughts of Good things that we can get while going for this trip. In terms of Serenity , Peace, Views, Knowledge of Culture, Leisure Time, Break from Our Routine Schedules etc. etc. We start visualizing ourselves at that destination doing the things of our choice.
3- Planning & Execution
4- Believe that we planned well and Wait for the day to start.

During this whole process ,we keep visualizing , we keep believing that the journey will be full of good memories and a refreshing one. We hold this thought in ourselves. Which is a form of the “Trust” that everything is going to be absolutely fantastic.Whenever we are on a road trip and have to shift our speed and gear as per the requirement of a turn then do we think that rest of the road will not be good? Or rest of the journey will not be good? No!! Right!! We treat the turn as a Turn only, It’s sharpness or a little shift in our speed & posture or change in our heart beat don’t give us the negative feeling about whole journey. We move forward with a Belief , We enjoy the ride!! Right!! Life is exactly same!!

Have you ever felt that Life is also a journey. Yes,Many say that Life is unplanned, I do agree!! We should be ready to welcome unexpected turns but at the same time we should be have a faith in Almighty that all whatever we get will lead us to a life of Abundance , Excitement,Full of Love , Glory and all the good things that we desire for.Duration of this journey of life is more than the duration of any other journey so there are more chances for change, improvement and shift in feelings. Life gives us many chances to experiment,to change the pace and decide where to go. Many good and bad incidents take place but any incident (Turn) is not big enough to think that rest of the journey will not be good. We should trust the process,We should trust our journey.As all days are not same in terms of weather and temperature so our lives!! Our motives throughout the passing years should be- Keep Moving, Have Faith, Stay Honest and Be Good to All. Rest all will be taken care by God, What goes around, comes around. So Focus on being a good human, Do Justice with all whom you come across. Have faith , in the end you will be in peace and your life will be exemplary good!!

Connection!!

“Connecting” -“Connection”- ” Connected” …3 different words to represent a process of getting the uttermost state of well being. The first stage of establishing a connection with well being is to DISCONNECT ourselves from all those thoughts that prevent us from feeling good. Because if we want to witness any change in our outer world then it is important to change our inner state of mind first.  And to disconnect ourselves from negativity it’s not mandatory to stop the flow of thoughts . Close your eyes , let your thoughts run through your mind, let the thoughts come and go.. In this storm of thought you will surely get some good thoughts too, don’t stop there , just keep a note of those good thoughts in your mind and let the thoughts move. It will take time, once your realize that it’s done, you have gone through all the thought and incidences which were on your priority list then start eliminating all the negative thoughts .

For this job , I prefer to express my Gratitude for all the things that come to my way. I take some deep breaths and say to myself that” God is with me, when he is with me then no one can harm me. Everything happens for a reason, I have to move with the faith in my heart, that I am here to get all the best things and it’s a process, that I am going through to achieve something exceptionally good that I might not have  thought of. Thank you God for All the Good Things and Experiences”. I suggest people who are struggling in their lives to believe in God and Almighty , its nothing to do with the religion but Yes Faith brings Positivity and Positivity changes Our Lookout towards Life and Our Lookout changes Our Outer World.

It sounds old to few people but its truly amazing that When we start believing in Almighty , when We put our faith in the Creator of the World and surrender ourselves to the God then we get a positivity out of all the incidences, from each and everything around us we attract just positivity only: This positivity heals us and we start feeling good from inside . Practice feeling good from inside, initially do it intentionally , Captivate this feeling and make it your habit.

When you start feeling Good , then unintentionally you start “Connecting” yourself with the state of well being. Eventually you get “Connected” to this state of mind and establish the ” Connection” with Positivity ,Good Feelings and Start attracting Good things in your life. Have you ever noticed that When we think something ,then we get more alike thoughts , Feeling sad or Feeling Happy works on this concept only. We get alike thoughts every time whenever we think of something, So to be happy start feeling happy.

It’s all about our Connection with the Thoughts, It’s all about our Connection with the World, It’s all about our Connection , it’s all about Our Perception.
