The Lessons That We Learn In Hard Way..

Few days back, I woke up with a text about a close one’s sudden demise. Few colleagues and friends called me as soon as they got the news and offered their help.In the midst of my sorrow I now realize this tragic loss made me to realize certain things.First, time has its own unrevealed mystery.  Second, In any case our lives don’t stop , Our inner selves are strong enough to heal themselves with the passing time.  And finally, just as it is difficult to see all the opportunities life gives you until you’re looking back, it is virtually impossible to fully understand certain life circumstances until they actually happen to you.

It’s a variation of this final point that I want to explore further today , Few lessons that we learn in the hard way-

  1. The people you lose remain a part of you-

Someday we all have to face the reality of loss , it can happen due to any worldly reason. And as life goes on, days rolling into nights, it becomes clear that you never really stop missing someone special who’s gone, you just learn to live around the gaping hole of their absence and somehow stop expecting them to come in your way.

When you lose someone you can’t imagine living without, your heart breaks wide open, and the bad news is you never completely get over the loss.  You will never forget them.  However, in a backwards way, this is also the good news.  They will live on in the warmth of your broken heart that doesn’t fully heal back up, and you will continue to grow and experience life, even with your wound.  It’s like badly breaking an ankle that never heals perfectly, and that still hurts when you dance, but you dance anyway with a slight limp, and this limp just adds to the depth of your performance and the authenticity of your character.

  1. Being Happy in the life is more about finding its meaning-

Pursuing happiness is not at all the same as being happy, which is a fleeting feeling dependent on momentary circumstances.  If the sun is shining, by all means bask in it.  Happy times are great and often fun-filled, but happy times pass, because time passes.  This is something we rarely grasp at first and we again start seeking for happiness…

So better to find the meaning of your life and do something that gives peace to your soul. Desires are good but we have to put a stop somewhere to enjoy that we have in present.What you are really pursuing is meaning – living a meaningful life.  It starts with your “why.”  (Why are you doing what you’re doing with your life?)  When your “why” is meaningful, you are pursuing happiness.  There will be times when things go so wrong that you barely feel alive.  And there will also be times when you realize that being barely alive, on your own terms, is better than living a lifeless existence for eighty years on someone else’s terms.  The pursuit isn’t all or nothing; it’s all AND nothing, with ups and downs and worthwhile lessons along the way.

  1. Seeking validation from others invalidates YOU.

Has the fear of rejection held you back?  Have you ever been so fearful of what others might think or say about you that it kept you from taking positive action?  I bet you’re shaking your head, “yes.” It’s time to change your mindset…

Today, the only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday.  Prove yourself to yourself, not others.  You are GOOD enough, SMART enough, FINE enough, and STRONG enough.  You don’t need other people to validate you; you are already valuable.If someone says “no” to you, or if someone says something negative about you, that doesn’t change anything about YOU.  The words and opinions of others have no real bearing on your worth.  Certainly it can be helpful and desirable to make a good impression in certain situations, yet it’s not the end of the world when you are faced with rejection. It’s great to receive positive feedback, but it simply doesn’t always happen.  That’s OK though, because you know where you’re headed and you know your true worth does not depend on the judgment of others.  When you set out to make a true difference in life, there will be those who disagree with you, those who ignore you, and those who flat out reject your ideas and efforts.  Look beyond them, step confidently forward, do what must be done, and let people make their own stories.

  1. Regret hurts far worse than fear.

When we give in to our fears, we have a harder time looking at ourselves in the mirror.  Sadly, very few of us escape learning this lesson firsthand.  If you have already experienced this a time or two, you know what you need to do.

It is only when we risk losing that we truly open the possibility to win.  Whether it is quitting your job to build a business, running a marathon, or traveling to unknown parts of the world, any worthy endeavor requires risk, struggle and sacrifice.  Some of these things may even terrify you, but ask yourself if these fears are stronger than the most powerful of fears, the fear of a wasted life?

If you’ve never lost your mind, you’ve never followed your heart.  It’s better to look back on life and say, “I can’t believe I did that,” than to look back and say, “I wish I did that.”  Don’t let time pass you by like a hand waving from a train you desperately want to be on.  Don’t spend the rest of your life thinking about why you didn’t do what you can do right now.  Live your life.  Take risks.  Feel passion.  Discover love. Stay Foolish. Go Crazy. 

Set yourself free to follow the instinct of your heart.

  1. Life is too unpredictable for rigid expectations.

When you stop predicting and expecting things to be a certain way, you can appreciate them for what they are.  Ultimately you will realize that life’s greatest gifts are rarely wrapped the way you expected. 🙂 

Let situations come in your life, let the fate play its role, With a positive attitude and an open mind, you will find that life isn’t necessarily any easier or harder than you thought it was going to be; it’s just that “the easy” and “the hard” aren’t exactly the way you had anticipated, and don’t always occur when you expect them to.  This isn’t a bad thing; it makes life interesting. Trust me Life is Good Anyway… 

Ninety-nine percent of the time life delivers the experiences that are most helpful for your personal growth.  How do you know it’s the experience you need?  Because it’s the experience you’re having.  The only question is:  Will you embrace it and grow, or fight it and fade?????

  1.  Hardships are inevitable and helpful.

Nobody in this world is going to blindside you and hit you as hard as life will. Sometimes life will beat you to the ground and try to keep you there if you let it.  But it’s not about how hard life can hit you, it’s about how hard you can be hit while continuing to move forward.  That’s what true strength is, and that’s what winning the game of life is all about.When you have a lot to cry and complain about, but you prefer to smile and take a step forward instead, you are growing stronger.  Work through your struggles and hardships.  Even when it feels like things are falling apart, they’re not.  Take control of your emotions before they take control of you.  Everything will fall into place eventually.  Until then, learn what you can, laugh often, live for the moments, and know that it’s all worthwhile in the end.

At Last, the key is to stay good and do good to others, Rest will follow. The Most important lessons of life come with harsh , heart wrenching experience. Take the life as a learning school and welcome everything that comes your way!!

Good Mood is the Best Mode- 3 Things to Do When You Feel Low…

Hi All,

It’s been so long since my work kept me away from sharing my thoughts here. Finally I am here one more time…

Well, I often write about feeling good, staying motivated, energetic, keep fighting and much more.. But sometimes we don’t get a good start of the day for some reasons. May be you are afraid of a busy day , may be you dint get a good sleep last night, may be you thought a lot about something that you can’t control or the most common reasons – Missing someone and Flashbacks!!

 

Some times we loose that positive momentum during hard first few hours of the day and in the second half we feel tired, low, lost, somewhat sad or uninspired.

What to do then? Is that day lost and should you just aim for a better day tomorrow?

Well, the good news is-  Today is not over yet!!

Here’s how I do that by breaking the negative mood and getting a new start.

1. Appreciate what you have-

The simplest of my most commonly used pick-me-ups.

I tell myself: OK, I might not feel so good right now, but what can I be grateful for and appreciate in my life?

I usually come up with simple things like-

  • My Health.
  • My Victory over some past issues.
  • My Professional Achievements.
  • My New Books That I Recently Bought to Read.
  • The Biggest- While Closing My Eyes and Thinking of All the Happening , Somewhere deep down inside I always find a silver line of my undying hope that everything is going to be fine. I am leading to a blissful life 🙂 . Trust me , this thought is enough for me to be charged up again to face anything in life. Because I know at the end I’ll be the winner and so you are… Have faith , YOU ARE A WINNER!!

 

2. Act as you would like to feel.

Emotions work backwards too. So if I want to become more positive or enthusiastic then I act in the manner of a person who is positive or enthusiastic.

I might not feel like it. But I do it as best as I can anyway. I may for example:

  • Think of the task I have in front of me as something exciting and fun.
  • Answer some emails or talk to someone in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
  • Assume rapport if I feel unmotivated, negative or nervous before some kind of meeting (assuming rapport is to I think to myself that I am meeting one of my best friends just before the meeting and that puts me in the right mood and headspace).

3. Think for a minute and give someone a genuine compliment.

Spend one minute coming up with something you really and genuinely appreciate about someone in your life that is in the same room as you at some point during the day. Then tell him or her the genuine compliment you have come up with.

Everyday is a blessing in itself. We just need that outlook towards life that can tend us to notice the good in everything.

My 8 Commitments to Myself..

“Commitment”- This 10 letters word is loaded with a lot of responsibilities, realization of facts, hopes of future, Assurance, A Series of Positive Trials to Make Something Happen and much more is hidden in this word. Whenever we feel the urge of bonding ourselves in the pursuit of doing something then we give the commitment. Commitment is a kind of positive force. I have given many commitments to people and tried my best to act accordingly in most of the cases. Sometimes we have to sacrifice a lot in order to live up to our commitments. This time I decided to use this force in my favour, Here are few commitments that we should made to our own selves –

A person is a layered entity.  Sometimes we make changes in ourselves to please the people around and as per the time. There is a huge difference between “being true” and “correcting ourselves while being wrong” . There is nothing wrong in adopting the change until we don’t loose our real self. Be Real to Your Yourself. Do What Gives You a Reason to Smile and Be Proud of!

2-Stand for Your Own Set of Rules – Every one of us have our own set of ethics, principles and moral codes. Live true to them every day. Time always comes with 2 options for Everyone, 1- Act Ethical 2- Act Unethical. Initially we notice no harm in adopting the easy Way 2 ,but Way 1 is way better than Way 2. Act as per the ethics, Morals & Humanity. Life will never give you a chance to feel guilty.

I decided to devote a fine day to make my handbook comprises of my Values, My Professional Goals, My Monetary Goals ( Short Term and Long Term) , Personal Goals, The Things to Do That Make Me Happy, Travel Goals, Personal Strengths, The Loopholes to Work Upon , The Habits to Quit. We get a path to act when we write down my plans. The handbook is a road map to build on a strategy to achieve.

The attached strings bring us down many times in life. Don’t fixate yourself with a status, fame , possession etc.Same goes with the people too, Don’t be too much attached to anyone because it forces us to do a lot of the unwanted things followed with the fear of loosing, depression and much more. Create bonding but stay practical in your approach. These are impermanent and will ultimately disappear one day when you die. Focus on growing and living life to the fullest instead.

5-Do a Kind Deed a Day- What is something you can do today that will make the world a better place? Go and do it.

6-Don’t Settle I am in full plan for not to settle for less. Don’t settle for someone you don’t like as your partner. Don’t settle for a job you don’t like. Don’t settle for friends who make you feel like a lesser person. Don’t settle for a weight you are unhappy with. Go for what you really want.

7-Live Life & Love Life- untitled

Many times in life we give so much of value to others and somehow we forget to live our life. Life is truly good. I always find living to be a fascinating experience.. There’s so much we don’t know out there about this world, so much is there to be experienced in life.it’s just wonderful. We have a life that millions of people dream of, then why not to enjoy it.

8-Make a Source of Alternate Income- Money is not everything in life, but it has a significant role to play in the life of each one of us. Don’t be dependent on Salary and Fixed Deposits. Use your expertise to generate a source of continuous alternate income. Create a business, that can keep running even if you are not physically present there all the time to monitor.

As I always mention, Never do wrong with anybody and enjoy this blissful life at the fullest. Don’t do wrong because in some way or other What Goes Around, Comes Around!!

You Fail Only When You Decide Not to Try- The Sky of Limitless Possibilities.

Hi!!  If you ask someone-“Do you want to fail?” “Do you want to make a mistake?  – What will be the answer of that person- I am sure it will be” Nobody wants to be failed in life” . Right? But despite making all the right, “in place” decisions , sometimes a person feels confused and out of track. That “Something is missing” feeling soaks all the energy and a person feels like giving up. There are times when things just don’t go your way and sometimes it happens to that extent when a person finally gives up and think that this was not his cup of tea. I read somewhere that –”Sometimes you have to fail thousand times before succeeding”. I firmly believe in this. Don’t be so quick to throw all your efforts away. Life has a lot to teach us and offer us in various forms.  It’s just the beginning and you will learn more as you go. My little experiences taught me that sometimes we have to review our recent activities in order to succeed without blaming others.

Delay in success doesn’t mean the failure. My motive is not to tell you an out of the world story here, but just to repeat those few points that we might have overlooked. Success is a process of continuing efforts, here adding some thought to “Never Quit Approach” and clear the dust –

  1. Change comes When You Take the Charge of Your Deeds-

Whenever anything doesn’t do right , we look for the causes of the same. But mostly we end up with a handful of people to blame for all the things that went wrong in the process and hindered our way of success. Review is good but blaming others will never give you a chance to notice your short comings and eventually you will end up making no   development. The moment you claim personal responsibility over your life, you will learn the importance of steering your own ship. You will start to make decisions for yourself, and end up feeling less hateful and happier for the people around you.

2- Relationships are the Game Changers-

Relationships teach us a lot and have enough power to change a person completely. Nourishing relationships fuel your motivation to succeed and staying in toxic relationships are sure fire ways to fill your heart with negativity.  It is a widely accepted fact that we function well when we connect, collaborate, and share ourselves to other people. If we take a look at the other side of it- There are many people who succeeded in their life after suffering or learning from a terrible relationship. AT the same time there are people who succeeded when someone from their close family made them realize their responsibilities.  Choose your people wisely, It can either help you rise into your life or can break you suffer to the irrecoverable point.

  1. Life is a Learning School-

Learning doesn’t end at school, it doesn’t end at your college. Humans learn everyday throughout their lives. Learning shouldn’t ever be confined within the walls of a classroom. When we start noticing the learning around us, we notice that we know very less, this world has an ocean of wisdom . We enrich our experiences when we keep learning from the people and the happenings  around us. Failures also teach us something , may be another thing to be added into “Not to Do” list when we would try next time!!

  1. Big Achievers only Get though Big Troubles-

You will not be in any trouble if you don’t wish to grow and stay satisfied with your on going routine life, there will be no hassle if you don’t wish to rise in your life. There will be no need of getting out of your comfort zone, if you don’t wish to reach to new horizon. There will be no loss if you don’t wish to make profit and keep stuff safe inside the wall. Yes, life will not show up anything different if you are not willing. But will it be a meaningful life then?? I believe it will not. I hope you got my point- There is no gain without pain. We have to stretch our limits in order to get something that others don’t have.

  1. Money  is Not the Synonym of “Success”-

I am among those who never underestimate the value of money in life. It matters, even all the knowledge of the world doesn’t make any sense if you can’t earn your livelihood.  But money should not the only parameter to measure success. There comes a time in life, when a person feels like starting something for his self satisfaction  and mostly that satisfaction comes when we start something without considering the margin of monetary profit for ourselves. Earn enough to have good life but don’t forget that success, happiness, peace & health etc. don’t have so much to do with money. A common misconception in today’s capitalistic society, this view is shared by people who place great importance on wealth and material stuff.  You will realize that there are other forms of success too. Success isn’t based on your salary and job title, even success  includes your health, emotional well being and your relationships. These forms of success are the best source of long term happiness. Focus on making a balance life for yourself.

 

  1. Negative Experiences Are The Award Winning Teachers-

If your life goal is to avoid pain and suffering all the time – then you’ve already set the limit for your own growth. The point of negative experiences is to teach us the value of happy moments. To make us learn from our mistakes. Negative experiences are our best teachers. They help us grow into adults capable of fixing our own lives.

Your journey to success starts from the moment you change your limiting views about yourself.   There is so much you can do. You are more than just dust in the wind. You are here to mark your existence, to touch other people’s lives – you just need to find out how. Keep learning  and keep moving, because the delay in success doesn’t make you unsuccessful. Lean, Move, Be Patient and Give Time to Time.

That’s Exactly What I Want !! – Clear Goal Setting

We start a journey only after deciding the destination. Isn’t it? Can we reach our desired place without a clear mindset about where we want to end up? I am sure We can’t. In such case our situation will be like a flying plane without a landing plan. Same goes with the achievements also. We have to set the goal to achieve our desired results in every aspect of life. Personal Life- Professional Life balance is a much talked topic now a days because of the blind horse race that most of us are participating into. People Dream ,People Think a Lot, People spend years and years in planning but they don’t strategize their plans so mostly they don’t get any desired result out of their “Long Possessed Plans” ,Here the need of Clear  Goal setting arises.

Life is all about priorities and thoughts. We end up there, where we devote our energy and imagination. So setting clear short term and long term goals are the essentials to be successful.

Sharing few steps ,that can help you to define the goals and move forward accordingly-

1- Set Clear Desires- Recognize What you love to do and find someone who can pay you to do that? What you want others to say about you at the end of your life? What is your dream life? Visualize yourself in the pictures of your life at a gap of few years.  Set comparatively higher goal to achieve than your actual desire.

2-  Give A Deadline to Yourself and Plan After deciding the destination , we decide how to reach there, similarly Once you know what you want then plan how to reach there.  When we put a time limit to do something then we get a motivation from inside to remain focused and complete the task. So decide a deadline for each of your plan. Focus on achieving your short term goals first and then work on long term ones. We can’t complete the journey by counting all the turns at the starting point , we have to focus on the upcoming turn only to reach our destination.

3- Announce Your Plans-  I wanted to write a book since so long but somehow there was a lack of zeal. Soon I realized it and informed the people that I am writing a book and will complete it soon. Later people started asking me about the content and progress, it created a pressure to complete it on time with good content in it and I started working on my book seriously, as the result soon I’ll write it’s final chapter!! 🙂 When we tell people that we are planning a thing then it creates a pressure upon us to achieve it, because if we don’t then society considers it as a failure and no one wants to be called FAILED! Use this social pressure in your favour.

4- Discuss – Discuss with your friends, family and other trusted ones about your plans. We get ideas when we communicate, you can get a better strategy to achieve your goal by discussing about your plan. Enlist the people who have the knowledge of the subject matter and take their opinion. May be you get a great piece of advice!!

5- Praise Yourself- I have a habit of reading and re-reading the good things that people have said about me. I make a note of all the good things that I do in a week and read it at the weekend. It motivates me to do better in coming days. Self pride is a great motivator! Celebrate your small victories even, it will help you to win the battle!

We all have our own plans and a way to get the things done. Follow your instinct. Life is easy if we have a direction to move and it becomes interesting if we have goals to achieve. Set Goals. Work on your strategies and rework on it after sometime to get better results.

The 3 Categories of Invitees for My Thanks Giving Day..

We should be thankful to all the good people that we come across. We are blessed to have our families, friends and many others who hold us during the ups and downs of life. We build memories , spend our best times in presence of those who make us feel good. We learn to Respect Others, Empathy, Self-Respect, Culture, Sense of Responsibility and many other values from the people around us.

Life is a long journey of experiences and Real life isn’t always going to be perfect in the way you might have planned. At times, it introduces us to the people who don’t bring happy moments and good memories with them but when they leave ,they leave many noteworthy lessons behind. As we have a tradition to be thankful to the person who teaches us something,so we should be thankful to those people also who carries adverse situations in our lives because we get the supreme life lessons from the toughest people, We learn the most through the most aching experiences.  Along with our close ones why can’t we thankful to these people who bring distressing situations into our lives and teach us something unforgettable.

I Divide Those “Negative Teachers” Into 3 Categories to Thank Them-

1-  The Critics: We always need a push to prove ourselves, It  can come in the form of motivation but sometimes it comes in the form of criticism. Be Thankful to those who criticize you and doubt that you can’t achieve a certain thing. They indirectly work as a catalyst and motivate you to prove them wrong.

2– The Ex-Protectors: We become the Best Defender When We Fight Without a Shield. We should be thankful to those who leave you amid of a difficult situation and you have to deal with it alone. Their exit make you strong enough to become your own shield.

3- The Betrayer – We Learn to Trust and We Trust to Learn. The ones who betray us in any form gives us a broader prospect to look at every situation.  Recall the recent past and Pick such people from your life to thank them for making you wiser enough to understand that blind faith can make us blind to many facts and harm us in future.

We all have Different Lives, Different Experiences , Different Stories and Certainly Different Teachers also who have taught us different lessons. There are Many Others Categories , Filter Your Teachers and Be Thankful to Them for the Lessons!!


The Voice of Silence…

Every one has a lot to talk about, all have a lot to explain, our ears are bombarded with variety of sounds , our vision is always over crowded. Sometimes we find it actually back-breaking to avoid the unnecessary announcements . Few days back I read somewhere-We offer “The Peace of Silence” and I suddenly realized that now Silence has become a Unique Sell Property for many products. I saw an ad in a magazine which was not loaded with too many words still it conveyed all what it was meant for. It indicates that Words are not the only form to convey the messages.   

 

We search for silence most of the times but many of us still feel that Silence is a form of Inactivity. We are not working if we are not loud. People need to notice that the great writers reside at silent places to write their master piece! The uttermost stage of Meditation is also Silence. Because silence has an energy like no other energy source. It has the power to make people think and act, it can help to slow the mind down and produce more creative thinking. Silence brings peace and it is the foundation of being focused towards any of our goals.

We understand the power of silence and look for it in the outer world but do we ever try to create this silence in our own inner-selves? I am sure we don’t. Silence has its own sound, Create inner silence to hear the call of your inner self. Sometimes we deliver our best when we listen to our inner voice which has lost in the noise of the world.

Here I am sharing some practices to create Inner Silence-

Silence of “Speech”-

We hate to be proven wrong, so we try to validate our points by our extended speeches.We create noise when we speak without need and then we attract noise. Try to speak when it’s necessary. Learn to avoid negative speech, Stop giving hurtful, immortal expressions and later on practice complete Silence of Speech for sometime as per your convenience.

Silence of “Thoughts”

Our mind creates a lot of noise, sometimes the intensity of this inner noise becomes higher than the intensity of outer noise and it creates anxiety , agitation, anger and depression also. People don’t realize it but we keep on fighting with this noise of our own thoughts. Try to leave some thoughts behind to create the silence. Start with negative ones. Leave the thoughts of Past, Anxiety, Fear, Failure and the ones that are troubling you for no reason. Filter good thoughts only to stay in your mind.

Silence of “Ego”-

Ego has it’s own vocabulary. It creates a lot of internal and external noise. As I mentioned above that We hate to be proven wrong , yes this is a form of ego only and this ego creates the urge of explaining , we belittle others because of this ego only and it creates noise again. We should learn to accept others’ disagreement also if we are not right, it can solve many of the issues in our professional and personal life. So when you look for silence , leave the ego behind.

Silence of “Worries of Future”-

If we focus on building a peaceful today then our future will eventually be peaceful. Each coming day is a part of future so focus more on utilizing each day in the best possible manner and deliver your best in every aspect. Plan for near future but not for ages because time brings a lot of reasons to change the pre-formulated strategies so try not to create a mental noise by thinking so much about unseen future. Sometimes its good to feel the thrill of encountering something unplanned! 

Though silence is being misinterpreted whenever we use it in the correlation of Tolerance. Here we need to apply our brain to decide where to use the power of silence and where to use the power of voice.

Mechanism of A Realistic Thought!

A human mind gets approx. 60,000 thoughts per day. We all wish to make our dreams come true. As it’s been ages since we are reading about the power of manifestation, visualization & thoughts etc. Then sometimes we wonder that why don’t we get desired results most of times despite following all the necessary techniques. We make a plan, visualize it’s success, work on a good action plan still sometimes plans don’t work out and possibility of “Change” occurs.

 There are many other factors also that make a thought come true. A Thought is made of 2 components-

1– Text-

Text part is the flow chart of a Thought– The basics that we share with our mind. If we think of Sun, the text part will be the Image of the Sun. If we think of acquiring a Golf course then Our Position, Players , Ground & Acquisition Papers etc. will be the part of the text that will be sent to our mind.Text part doesn’t have any emotion attached to it. Text is only a small representation of our desire and these representations create primary database for our mind to work upon.

2- Associated Energy-

I would define it as text-less component of a Thought. When we send an image to our mind ,instantly it generates emotions and emotions generate energy.  For instance, If I say – “She must be angry”- My mind will make her “Angry” image and accordingly emotions will be produced and energy will be released.  Intentionally or Unintentionally whenever we think of something positive or negative, we release an energy that goes into the universe and moves the circumstances accordingly. 

We get adverse results when we focus more on “What if it doesn’t work out” , because our mind weighs both positive and negative energies associated with any thought and universe works in the favour of the Winner!! So focus on the weight of the energy that our thoughts are emitting.

I would add one more supporting statement here, Just try holding a thought “ I am feeling great today” in your mind and notice how you feel when you hold this thought.

Again hold the same thought with more intensity by adding a smile to it, deep breath and your head up, this time you will feel more positive and more positive energy will be released. Now just reverse the process, start eliminating the positive elements from this thought and after sometime “ I am feeling great today” will remain nothing but a meaningless sentence.

Can you see the difference? It’s energy only that’s creating the difference!!  Wherever plan to start something with great intentions then load it with a lot of positive thoughts and energy.

If Text of a Thought is Body, then Associated Energy is the Soul, and it’s the soul only that makes a body alive!! Thoughts create our future but only when we add right energy to it.
